New to Pickatale? Learn the basics to get the most from the app and your subscription

To check how many devices you can log in on with your account, please log in on http://club.pickatale.com/, chose "My Devices" and see how many and which devices are connected to your account. You can choose to remove some of the devices you've already used, to be able to log in on another device
Subscription on App Cancellation of a subscription on App is very simple and it is done directly through Apple (you can cancel at any time). Below the instructions: 1. From your device's Home screen, tap App Store. 2. Tap Featured at the bottom of the screen. 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page. 4. Tap the Apple ID button in the lower-left corner. (If you are not signed in, tap the Sign In button, and sign in with your Apple ID. Then, scroll back to the bottom of the page, and tap the Apple ID button.) 5. Tap the View Apple ID button. 6. Enter your password and tap OK. 7. From the main account page, scroll down and tap Manage App Subscriptions. If you don't have app subscriptions this button will not be displayed. 8. You'll then be taken to your App Subscriptions page. To turn off auto-renewal: 1. From your Manage App Subscription page, choose an app subscription. 2. Tap the subscription category for which you want to disable auto-renewal. 3. Tap On to toggle the switch to Off. Subscription on Website Login at club.pickatale.com, press the “X” on the language you want to cancel the subscription and follow the steps.
Some of our titles are translated in French such as "Tex and Patches", "Brian’s great adventure", and we are working on making our books in as many languages available, so stay tuned.
We need some information in order to solve the problem. Please answer the following questions: 1. What kind of device are you using (I Pad, I Phone, Android) and which model? 2. Are you using the last app version? 3. Which username are you using to log in? 4. Which payment option did you use for subscription (on App Store, Play Store, by payment card on club.pickatale.com)? 5. Did you use a prepaid card or coupon? 6. In which country are you using the App? As soon as we get the answers, we’ll send you a feedback with the possible solution.
For new password you can use the " forgot password" link in the login screen of the App or site. If you do not receive an e-mail with information how to reset the password, please let us know
Unfortunately, there's no special App for autistic children.
You can find the newest books on the top of the list of books. We are launching 60 new books every month.
The app should load all the books when you open the app for the first time. Make sure you are online. If it doesn't load, try pulling down with your fingers when you are in the library screen as this would refresh the library. If this doesn't work either, try reopening the app. Last option, try to reinstall.
